Although we are usually put off my games of this kind, and would rather have a more realistic take on a normal theme, Stardust really surprised us, and changed our minds about why people might be so into this genre! We still think most people that are into this sort of thing are probably women that are knee-deep in the drinking culture, but we can see how it got so popular, based entirely on how well this game comes together around that subject!
This is not a game like many others around that you have seen. The quality of the graphics, the tone of the presentation, the highs and lows of the betting mechanics, and the overall package in every single way is very well thought out, and features production value so high that you might take a second guess that this isn't a licensed slot game based on a feature film! It really is wonderfully done, and a rare sight to see when most of these games all end up looking kind of the same and relatively cheap. We can actually see this game spawning several sequels, it came out that well!
Even if the art style and the theme do not win you over as they did us, however, you will still find a lot to like here, making this an easy one for us to recommend. That is way higher than most of the games that you will find out there, and makes each and every spin that you make a very calculated decision. Sure, you can bet in a wild way and not spend that extra time, but we think most players will get sucked in by this feature, and find themselves becoming superstitious with which patterns seem to pay out more often than others! It made for a very fun time, albeit one that set off our OCD.

How's it Look?
They put most of the budget into the visuals, and that clearly shows! The fairies look so intricately done that it could easily be a virtual reality model that was made famous out in Asia, and all of the other images look like they were done by someone that had worked on the Magic The Gathering series. We say that as a complement, as that game features some of the best artwork in the business. If you love that sort of mythical, Middle Earth sort of style to things, and would rather get away from the elements that had to do with witches and wizards, this game is for you! It is of course hand painted and the colors are beautiful, but the ideas themselves are the main draw of the imagery.
