We really can't think of much to fault about a game like this, which is more well made than the average TV show nowadays.

What is Penguin Power Slots About?
Penguin Power Slots is what you would get if you took Charles Schultz, gave him a bigger budget, and told him to make a slot. It's so pointlessly charming that it almost feels out of place as a slot. Not in a bad way, but in the sense that most slots are all about looking like they have to do with money. Penguin Power Slots Is all about looking really damn good and cute, which isn't the route normally taken.
We're forever grateful they made the game this way, and wouldn't have it any other way!
How Does Penguin Power Slots Play?
You won't find a whole lot here in Penguin Power Slots that you haven't seen before. It plays pretty fast-perhaps to keep up with that little penguin sliding down the slopes! But it's all still fairly standard all around as a package. In the same way the Hero's Journey works as a story, however, there's something to be said for a well done slot when everything works just right. This is a game like that, which does nothing new, but does everything it does well enough that you don't much care.
The number of reels is 5, which is also around the number of cute Penguins you'll be searching for as you play the game! The pay lines are about 20, which is probably about as much as the Penguins will amount to when they flock together. We're sure this wasn't their intention, but it's a nice touch none the less for those willing to look.
You will love it every time the Penguin Power! Bonus Round rolls round in this game. It's a cute way of giving you more money, and who doesn't love that?!
The reels are adorned with the Ace, Baby Penguin, Fish, Igloo, Jack, King, Nine, Penguin, Queen, Seal, and Ten. We can see penguins playing cards out there, so it's a fitting theme. Not like there's much else to do in the snow besides surf it!
How's it Look?
This is easily the cutest rendition of penguins we've ever seen. It's all very cartoony and colorful, to the point that you could look at the average things kids are watching nowadays and be remiss not to think that Penguin Power Slots looks a hell of a lot better than most of what's out there on the market in any medium. They clearly spared no expense here, and everything looks fantastic.
The suits of carts and all else are all done with a nice arctic touch, despite the real environment out there likely being cold and white and bleak. We saw the movie Alpha, we know how bad it gets in the snow. Real penguins aren't out there having a blast with the friends and family, they're huddled together trying not to freeze to death. Penguin Power Slots Takes the opposite route in making the graphics, and we think that was the sound business decision here.
