Anyone that isn't a fan of monster movies can still have a good time here, as it is not limited to that particular taste. It is well done enough to appeal to invite variety of players, which of course includes you!

What is This Slot About?

Smashing, crashing, and explosions are some of the sound effects that will be going through your head as you spint the reels here. Giant monsters battling it out for reasons unknown is the premise that they took on with this game, and took it in a direction that you never expected. Making everything very cute, cuddly, and endearing, they turn the entire trope on its head, and to great effect. It is all very well done, and one of the favorite premises we have found in all the games we have played!

How Does the Game Actually Play?

As you would expect of a game that is about giant monsters battling it out, giant betting amounts littering the reels is the main draw of the game play here! This is a long time favorite of real time gaming, which throws in progressive jackpots enticing you even more. You can bet all over the board here, whether you only have a single penny to spare, or want to put down five dollars for a single coin. The most you can bet is $250 a spin, which is thanks to the 50 pay lines across the five reels of the game. You can forget about a special bonus feature, as that is mostly a free spins feature here. That doesn't mean the game is boring by any means, however, just don't go in hoping for some crazy bonus round that will have you picking boxes and doing crazy things!

What you can match here is very inventive, entirely ripped from a movie about this theme. There is a camera that took pictures of the monsters themselves, a totaled car, the city to be destroyed, a footprint of one of the giant monsters, a broken headlight, a helicopter that will surely be snatched from mid air, a fire hydrant putting out fires, the monsters crashing, the monster smashing, a newspaper of what's going on, a police man, and a scared little girl. We can relate to the girl most of all!

How's it Look?

There are a lot of old video games on the super Nintendo and other systems that feature giant monsters crashing about him beating each other's heads in. Many of the designs here were very zany and out there, and this game is entirely like one of those classics! Many of those games had smashing in their title, which is the main theme of all the graphics here. They were all very cartoony and stylized, rather than being scary and crude. This is probably for the best, as an actual monster ripping people limb from limb would be very scary, and not make for a very visually compelling tale. One thing that we will make special mention of is the color scheme. They got things just right, making it all feel like it was ripped from a film that was fit to be seen in theaters. They really spared no expense here, it all feeling very high production value across-the-board.
